Drawing upon more than 30 years of medical experience, Dr. Lewis Satloff is a staff anesthesiologist at McAllen Anesthesia Consultants, where he administers general anesthesia to neonates, infants, and children for general and orthopedic surgery, as well as neurosurgery. He has been with the Edinburg, Texas-based group since 2018, prior to which he practiced anesthesiology at Centinela Hospital Medical Center and Kissing Camels Surgery Center in Colorado Springs, among other medical facilities. Dr. Lewis Satloff has been board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology since 1994 and has worked in Colorado, Arizona, California, Florida, and Maryland.
Dr. Lewis Satloff was first issued a medical license in Colorado in 1984. He obtained his doctor of medicine from Brown University and subsequently completed an internship at Presbyterian/St. Luke's Medical Center and an anesthesia residency at the University of Colorado. He also completed a one-year fellowship in pediatric anesthesiology at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles in 1999.
Supplementing his experience and education, Dr. Satloff maintains membership with the American Society of Anesthesiologists and the Society for Pediatric Anesthesia.
